Covid restrictions have eased but we're still committed to safety therefore we continue to use the following equipment and ask that patients wear facemasks when attending the practice.

Here at Allander Dental Care, the safety of all who enter our practice is of utmost importance in the new world we live in. With PPE a fundamental part of keeping everyone safe, we have not only rapidly responded to government guidance, we have gone a step further.

We have invested significantly in state-of-the-art air purifiers, providing a safer environment for our practice team and all of our patients. We made this decision for a number of reasons and the installation of these purifiers have a number of benefits.

First and foremost, having these in all surgeries and our waiting room ensures that your treatment is being conducted in the safest possible environment. They draw in air and filter out harmful bacteria, viruses and volatile organic compounds – leading to a 99.9% sterilisation of our surgeries’ air. 

We later decided to also invest in a new ventilation system in each surgery.
